Technique: removes the disk's own color cast in CIE LAB space, then stacks N passes of chroma boost on the a/b plane (not absolute hue), pushing each pixel further toward blue or tan based on which side of neutral it already leans. Hue suppressor pulls a picked color (e.g. residual ochre) back toward neutral within a tolerance radius. CA correction radially rescales the red/blue channels around an optical center and desaturates fringing at high-contrast edges.
